Forgot Your Passcode

  1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/sign-in/?request_locale=en_US

  2. Select the downwards facing arrow next to 'Sign in help options.'

  3. Click on 'Forgot your Passcode'

  4. You will be redirected to a new page where you're asked to provide the last six digits on your card or account number and your social security number (SSN) or Tax ID number (TIN).

  5. Select 'Continue' and follow the prompted instructions to reset your password and log back into your account. You'll receive an email confirming the change.

  6. If you don't have your SSN or TIN, you can select 'Don't have an SSN or TIN?'

  7. Enter your Checking/Savings Account number, the last six digits of your ATM/debit card number, and your ATM/debit card pin.

  8. Select 'Continue' and follow the prompted instructions to reset your password and log back into your account. You'll receive an email confirming the change.

Forgot Your Online ID

  1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/sign-in/?request_locale=en_US

  2. Select the downwards facing arrow next to 'Sign in help options.'

  3. Click on 'Forgot your Online ID'

  4. You will be redirected to a new page where you're asked to provide the last six digits on your card or account number and your social security number (SSN) or Tax ID number (TIN).

  5. Select 'Continue' and your online ID will be sent to you.

  6. If you don't have your SSN or TIN, you can select 'Don't have an SSN or TIN?'

  7. Enter your Checking/Savings Account number, the last six digits of your ATM/debit card number, and your ATM/debit card pin.

  8. Select 'Continue' and your online ID will be sent to you. Go back to www.bankofamerica.com and use your online ID to sign into your account.

Forgot Both Online ID & Password

  1. Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/sign-in/?request_locale=en_US

  2. Select the downwards facing arrow next to 'Sign in help options.'

  3. Click on 'Forgot your Online ID & Passcode.'

  4. You will be redirected to a new page where you're asked to provide the last six digits on your card or account number and your social security number (SSN) or Tax ID number (TIN).

  5. Select 'Continue' and follow the prompted instructions.

  6. If you don't have your SSN or TIN, you can select 'Don't have an SSN or TIN?'

  7. Enter your Checking/Savings Account number, the last six digits of your ATM/debit card number, and your ATM/debit card pin.

  8. Select 'Continue' and follow the prompted instructions. As you forgot your password, you'll be asked to reset it and an email will be sent to your confirming the change.
