Enter your Checking/Savings Account number, the last six digits of your ATM/debit card number, and your ATM/debit card pin.
Select 'Continue' and follow the prompted instructions to reset your password and log back into your account. You'll receive an email confirming the change.

Click on 'Forgot your Online ID'

Select 'Continue' and your online ID will be sent to you.

Enter your Checking/Savings Account number, the last six digits of your ATM/debit card number, and your ATM/debit card pin.
Select 'Continue' and your online ID will be sent to you. Go back to www.bankofamerica.com and use your online ID to sign into your account.
Forgot Both Online ID & Password
Go to https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/sign-in/?request_locale=en_US
Select the downwards facing arrow next to 'Sign in help options.'
Click on 'Forgot your Online ID & Passcode.'
