Requesting a Refund to a Postmates Gift Card

You can request a refund to your gift card from Postmates either by opening up the Postmates app on your smartphone or visiting the company's website. To use the app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the menu to click on your orders option. This option is reflected by a clock icon.
  2. After clicking on your orders, select the order that you want a refund for.
  3. Select the reason you would like a refund from the list. For example, if items were missing from your order, select that category.
  4. Use the prompt "something else" if you would like to add your own message in the request. You can clarify your issue using this option. For instance, you can report that an item or several items were left out of your grocery or food order.

Requesting a refund using your computer:

  1. Look for your avatar symbol at the top of the homepage after signing in to your Postmates account.
  2. Choose the Deliveries option. Then, select the order in question that you'd like a refund for.
  3. Choose the reason for your refund request, or click on the support option to wait to be contacted by the company.

In either case, you must request your refund within 48 hours of your order's placement or you will not be eligible. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Postmates.
